 HIGH PRESSURE MICRONIZER
The machine is used for grinding the ba rite,limestone,kaolin,craments, and slags,etc.below scale 9.3 of Mohs hardness and 280 odd sorts of non inflammable and nonexplosive stuff in the trades of mining, metallu rgical industrial, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generation and processing. The product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 meshes. It is possible to product 30-80 meshes coarse powder th rough special device in the machine.

1¡¢It has a wider range than the airllow grinder.
2¡¢The pressure on the material is improved 800 to 1200 than other grinder with pressure spring.
3¡¢Energysaving. The energy consumed is one third of airllow grinder. but the production and fineness the same as airllow.
4¡¢It costs less but has more efficlency. The proce is one eighth of the ai rflow grinder when the production and fineness is identical.
5¡¢The process is dec reased too. It is necessa ry to grind stuff of 20mm to 100 mesh,and the manufactu red extreme fine powder by ai rllow. But the size of 20mm stuff can be ioner, and the average fineness is less than 6.5um.
6¡¢The grinding equipment is sealed for many times. which is high airproof.
